So now you’re not only ignoring my emails you’re ignoring my reviews. The bracelet I bought for my mother‘s birthday never arrived. I am pretty upset because I’ve bought from you before and everything was fine. However, I’ve been sending you emails, five of them and I’m getting reply of the companies hours and that’s it. The problem is not being addressed in the emails. I’m getting And they are just ignoring the problem. I left a voicemail and that has not been returned. Did you just take the money from me and I get nothing? I will keep writing these reviews until this problem is resolved. ! Very unhappy customer

My bracelet for my mother‘s birthday never got delivered. I read this in the reviews, but I thought it would be OK. I have sent five emails asking your company. Where is the bracelet and how are you going to rectify this. They keep replying with the working hours of the company. They are not addressing the situation at all. I am being ignored. I’m extremely angry and if this keeps going on something drastic will need to be done. I just want the bracelet back. I do not want to pay another $70 because $70 is a lot for someone like me. If you just took my money and you don’t plan on sending me a bracelet that’s a big problem. I used to love your company. I bought a lot of jewelry from there and never had a problem, but I can’t believe I’m being treated like this. Buyers beware sometimes you get your Package sometimes you don’t.

This was a replacement for a previous one as it broke. Moonglow was AMAZING with my concern and they offered to replace it, even the engaging I had on my original bracelet. This bracelet means the world to me as this is my Grandma's moon the day she was born. She was not just my Grandma, she was my bestest friend ever and having her with me this way, just makes my heart happy!! Thank you Moonglow ❤️
